To get the ball rolling I left the following response.? ?When I go to the gym; I talk to myself, in my mind. I make a game out of it. If I am lifting weights, I picture myself as an action hero, super-hero, or a guy who is selling his latest fitness craze workout. When I ride the exercise bike, I make-believe?I am in the middle of a bike race, and I can hear the TV and Radio announcers talking about me.? It?s a personal psych job. In a good way, I have fun with it.?? Hrishi S. agreed with me about talking to your self and left the following advice:? ?I go sprinting on a daily basis. Around 10-14 rounds are with ease. The 16th round with quite a speed seems to be bit difficult. My legs start to retire. But deep within, my subconscious keeps on yelling Hrishi!!! Two more steps dude and you?ll rock the track & believe it or not, I end up running 5 rounds extra. The will to exert a little bit is what which drives me to go on and on.?

Don?t worry about the Jones?, jealousy, looks or comparison, to limit your freedom of possibilities.?? Aristos V. also added ?What we want to be or do must be in a total agreement of what we are willing to do in order to achieve this?? Mary C. P. says, ?Be cautious not fearful or even consider that fear exist. Because fear doesn?t exist where love is? Glenn P. has a great acronym, ?Think E.G.O. ? Energy gets opportunity.?
A lot of great advice was provided from a lot of different perspectives.? The Mind, Body Spirit Connections we echoed over and over, from the start of the day until the end, written goals, mental notes, diet, exercise, attitude and gratitude by people chasing their dreams to unleash their inner champion.? President Obama honors 2011 MLS Cup-winning Galaxy
WASHINGTON ? President Barack Obama welcomed the LA Galaxy to the White House on Tuesday afternoon to commemorate their 2011 MLS Cup championship, offering warm praise and a level of friendliness and familiarity that wowed even the most experienced members of the squad.
Speaking to a packed crowd in the historic building?s sumptuous Palm Room, the president described the exploits of a glitzy, title-winning team which overcame a range of obstacles to fulfill their substantial potential in fairly dominant fashion last season. Yet while he mentioned leading lights Robbie Keane, David Beckham and Landon Donovan, the nation?s Chief Executive also hailed LA?s important role players like Omar Gonzalez and A.J. DeLaGarza.

?The big names came through in the clutch, but they didn?t do it alone," President Obama said. "For a group with so much firepower, this team shone on defense, recording 17 shutouts. ?He?s probably become a soccer fan,? Donovan added in reference to the president. ?You could tell that it?s not someone just writing and telling him what to say. You could tell he genuinely knows what?s going on and hopefully we keep it up ? we want to keep him on board.?
The president singled out Beckham for extra ribbing, introducing the 37-year-old Englishman as ?a young up-and-comer on the team? before cracking a string of jokes about Beckham's age compared to his younger teammates, his well-known status as a domesticated father and even his line of fashionable underwear.
?It was funny. Embarrassing, but funny,? noted Beckham with a grin as he spoke to members of the media in the White House?s China Room after the presidential audience. ?[Obama] made a few comments, actually, about me today: the underwear, being a dad to some of the kids, and also my facial hair. He?s very charismatic, he?s a huge character and it?s a huge honor for us to meet him today.?
Beckham, like the rest of the room, was overcome with laughter by Obama?s teasing, though he later struck a pensive note as he considered this latest milestone on his long journey since arriving on American shores in 2007.

It?s a huge honor for every one of the players, the club, the franchise, to be invited here after the championship,? he said. ?And I think it?s an amazing tradition to have as well, for teams to be able to come here. .: Computer forensics investigators legislation (S580) up in the House
One of the areas of the Blogland's focus is with issues related to law enforcement and judicial matters. Having grown up in a cop household, these issues are very real to me, thus I tend to be involved and aware of what's going on. These days, my father is a well-regarded computer forensics investigator who got a lot of state and national media exposure for his role in the Kate Waring mission person and murder investigation.
The use of computer forensics as an investigative tool has led to the misconception that they are private investigators, thus should be licensed as such. There is credible evidence which points to this as a very different, hence separate, profession, thus should not be lumped into the same category. Many states have updated their laws to create a clear distinction between the two fields and exempt computer forensics investigators from being subjected to the registration processes which are applied to private investigators.
Senate Bill 580 would allow South Carolina to do the same, thus freeing that profession from red tape which is the result of a lack of understanding of technology and how to use it as an investigative tool. The bill has moved through the Senate and will be heard this week by a?subcommittee?in the House LCI?Committee. Legislators need to the right thing and pass this bill forward.RESOLVED, That the American Bar Association urges State, local and territorial legislatures, State regulatory agencies, and other relevant government agencies or entities, to refrain from requiring private investigator licenses for persons engaged in:
? computer or digital forensic services or in the acquisition, review, or analysis of digital or computer-based information, whether for purposes of obtaining or furnishing information for evidentiary or other purposes, or for providing expert testimony before a court; or
? network or system vulnerability testing, including network scans and risk assessment and analysis of computers connected to a network.
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the American Bar Association supports efforts to establish professional certification or competency requirements for such activities based upon the current state of technology and science.
The reality is that computer forensics investigators are different than private investigators in what they do and how they qualify for their work. Their training and development is highly technical and ongoing, as the need to keep up with advancing technology means they undergo far more training than private investigators, without the need for government mandates or red tape.?
While it makes sense to regulate some professions, it makes little or no sense for this profession to be tied down by a mistaken association with private investigators. Thus legislators should pass S580.

M-1 champion Vinny Magalhaes put championship belt on eBay
If you want an MMA championship belt -- a valid one not sold at local toys stores -- you can either train for years and win it, or be the highest bidder on the M-1 belt that Vinny Magalhaes is selling on eBay.
UFC veteran Magalhaes won the M-1 light heavyweight belt last April and defended it in October, but then found himself in a long, public squabble with M-1 management. He and M-1 director of operations Evgeni Kogan have exchanged nasty insults over Twitter after Magalhaes was not happy with the fights the Russian-based promotion was making.
Since Magalhaes said he is through his contract and wants to move on from the promotion, he has no reason to hold onto the belt. He put it on eBay, starting bids at $0.09. At the time of writing, it's up to $2,605. Magalhaes tweeted the link and told Kogan, "Hey buddy, you wanted your belt back? #placeyourbid it's on @ebay :)"

Apple's iPad WiFi + 4G renamed 'iPad WiFi + Cellular' across many of its stores
Remember Apple's new iPad WiFi + 4G? Well, forget that moniker, as this variant of the company's latest slate has been quietly re-dubbed as the iPad WiFi + Cellular. As noticed by 9to5Mac, the change occurred within the last "24-48 hours" across many of Apple's region-specific webstores (update: and retail locations), including (but not limited to) those for the US, UK, Australia, Canada and various countries in Asia. If you'll recall, in many regions the best you'll get out of the slate is HSPA-connectivity, even though it's also equipped for LTE -- something that Apple itself had considered good enough to market it as 4G despite offering refunds to customers in Australia who (like many others) couldn't officially partake in its LTE. Interestingly, 9to5Mac also notes that a similar change hasn't made its way over to the iPad 2, which still has its cellular-equipped variant named, iPad 2 WiFi + 3G.
