Question by N8ThatCableGuy: Advertising a small business / Customers issue?
Ive started a new computer repair business in my city and im having trouble getting customers at all..
i have business cards and fliers that look great and simple and to the point, i don?t have much money so my advertising is unfortunately limited.
i offer price matching with the few other companies in the area and ive been passing out my cards (5-8 cards per contact) to doctors offices, lawyer offices, community boards, grocery boards and anything legal and practical. i have received almost no calls im really trying to get myself out there and i know the market is wide open and in need.
what am i doing wrong?

Well?i would invite you to think about how attractive is your advertising. That?s almost the most important thing. But besides that you should offer your customers something different than your competitors. Like offering to stop by their places to pick up the computers. Or by giving them an extra warranty in the repairs. That could help. Besides that? do you have a logo for your business? and identity it?s really important though. You don?t want to look like just another garage repair business. I will leave you a good resource below. It?s a professional logo design company that could help you out in order to get a better image and wont hurt your pocket.
